My name is Hanna and I am a lover of holistic nutrition, healthy recipes, and baking fresh sourdough and sourdough discard treats.

 

 

Growing up I used to bake and cook all the time with my mom. I was taught not only how to cook from scratch, but also the importance maintaining a healthy diet. 

 

I went on to graduate from college with a B.S. in exercise science and a certification in nutrition. I loved learning about the body, metabolism, hormones and how they relate in the body. I later went on to specialize in women’s training and nutrition, specifically rehabbing metabolism. 

 

Over the years I have learned a ton and wanted to have a space to share what I have learned and am continuing to learn!
